RATES:

• One month minimum stay.
• Rates quoted in Canadian Dollars.
• Rates are based on double occupancy.
  • NOTE: Boatbuilder's Cottage is an open-concept design with a single loft bedroom, and as such is most suitable for couples.

RESERVATIONS:

Reservations are secured by a 50% deposit at time of booking. Forms of deposit accepted: email transfer, cheque or bank draft.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Deposits fully refunded for cancellations made 45 days prior to arrival date. In the event a cancellation is made with less than 45 days notice, deposits will be held until the cottage can be rebooked for your original dates. We will work our hardest to fill your dates so that your deposit can be refunded, however, we cannot guarantee a rebooking.
